The South County Civic Center in Delray Beach may face budget cuts, but groups that pay to use the facility haven’t been informed, and county officials have not commented on concerns raised by Robert Schulbaum, president of the Alliance of Delray Residential Associations, that cuts are coming and that they will hurt organizations that use the facility.

Jacobs started Prevent Euthanasia To Dogs Or Cats Society, an organization that needs the community’s help with “no-kill solutions.”
