Delray Beach police arrest second suspect in teen sex assault case
Accused men, 20 and 17, are neighbors near where attack took place
A second suspect was arrested Wednesday in what police call a violent attack on four teenagers who said they were forced into sex acts at gunpoint in an abandoned house.
