I am applying for my first job. I read that some states require age certificates for people under 18 to work. I am 16 and was wondering if I need to obtain one of these certificates. Open Question: How can I convince my parents to move?

I am sick of my school, not many friends, HATE the cold weather (cuz I live up north) and REALLY REALLY REALLY want to move to somewhere warm, like Florida. But where there isn’t hurricanes. But a lot of my family lives here and my parents are divorced so that will be tricky. And both parents are remarried also. UGH This is going to be really hard but I really want to so help?

Open Question: study abroad or save money?

I’m currently a second year pharmacy student in Florida. I’m trying to decide if I should go on a Study Abroad trip to China/Japan this summer. It’s about $4,500 for a 3 week program that includes all hotel, airfare, meals, and 3 credit hours.

The pros are:
1)amazing cultural experience
2) 3 credit hours of class (which would decrease my load my third year)
3) a once in a lifetime chance to go to china and japan? I’d probably never choose to travel there on my own in the future

The cons:
1) The cost. (is 18 days really worth $4,500)
2) Would also take away 3 weeks of working this summer

Pharmacists make about 100,000/year right out of school here (less of course with taxes) and most of my friends who’ve graduated live comfortable lives and pay off their loans easily. When i graduate I’ll have about 120,000 in loans. Would 4,500 really matter that much? Or should i try to save as much as possible now?

im trying to go from phoenix arizona to melbourne florida for as cheap as possible. a one way ticket.
so far greyhound has been cheaper than a plane or a train, however its still a bit too expensive for someone who hardly gets any hours at work (part of why im moving)
